H2C Heating, Cooling and Plumbing

My water heaters gas control/thermostat went out. I called H2C and got a service call set up quickly. The communication was great. Emails and text messages from H2C and the plumber every step of the way. Keith was the plumber that helped me out and if I need any plumbing help in the future I will ask for him. Keith was early to our appointment, quickly diagnosed the problem and recommended calling the manufacturer of my water heater to take advantage of the warranty to save money on the part that I needed. He followed up with me to make sure I ordered the part and came back the next day once the part showed up to finish the job. The price was better than other companies I’ve used in the past and the service was better too. Quick, friendly and honest service at a decent price.

We had a great experience with H2C! Our water heater went out and they promptly replaced it. From calling the office to having the new unit installed, it was great service! Jim was friendly and answered all of our plumbing questions. We will definitely be using them again (soon) to fix some of our other plumbing issues. We are so happy we found them!

I have used H2C several times to assess issues with our boiler, and I always think they are the most transparent in their assessments and they offer fixes as opposed to pressuring you to buy a new boiler. In my latest interaction, I called about an error I was getting about a block in the condensate drain. Robert came out in the morning a few hours after I called and was able to fix a wiring issue on the spot when I thought I would need a new switch. My heat was back on in less than 30 minutes and he gave me some maintenance recommendations and told me that my boiler should last for years to come unlike everyone else who said I should replace it soon. He also only charged me $69 since they had been at my house a month ago to fix a water issue I had with the boiler. I would definitely continue to recommend them!

Keith was very knowledgeable and a real pleasure. He took the time to understand and fixed the issue in very little time. Our outdoor hydrant had been leaking and after trying to fix it myself with no luck, it was time to call in the professionals! I would recommend them and hire again for future plumbing needs!

Keith came out to help us with a leak. He was knowledgeable and timely at getting the work done. He was honest and professional. The company got us service within a day instead of waiting a week or more with other companies. The cost was surprisingly fair and reasonable. I have been incredibly pleased from the start to end of the process of getting an A/C unit through H2C. Professionals through and through and the responsiveness and punctual service from the quote to the actual install has been an amazing experience! H2C is my first call for all plumbing, heating & cooling for all of our properties (3). This year alone we installed a new furnace & added AC to our home plus a new electric water heater.
